If you want to apply the ray diagram, you need the focal points. You can calculate the focal length by doing 1/o + 1/i = 1/f. If you know the focal lenght, for example 2, then the focal point is 2 centimeter away from the y-axis (lens). Focal points are always on the x-axis (y = 0).
